AURA DANCE CONNECTION
Aura Dance Connection is a new dance competition in Utah that is operated by Aura Dance Company. Our team of qualified dance artists judge the competition, ensuring quality and inspiration. Inspiring workshop classes by Aura Dance Company members will be a part of the competition experience.
THE SOLO / DUO / TRIO COMPETITION
The Solo, Duo, Trio Competition is a great way for dancers to begin their season with purpose and confidence. This event focuses on individual growth, strong performance, and meaningful feedback from industry professionals- all in a supportive and motivating environment. Each routine will receive adjudicated feedback along with category placements and overalls- creating an environment that supports both personal growth and performance excellence. Select honors will also be given to recognize standout moments throughout the event. Solos, Duos, and Trios can register even if their studio is not attending.
TEAM PERFORMANCE SHOWCASE
Kick off your season with confidence at our Team Performance Showcase, designed for all group routines, lines, and productions. This is an adjudication only event- perfect for studios looking to get valuable stage time and feedback before entering the competition and convention circuit. Studios will receive adjudicated critiques from our expert panel, with specialty awards and judges’ choice recognitions for standout performances. An inspiring environment to polish, perform, and prepare. No placements or overalls- this is solely designed as a purposeful display of your studios artistic work before you enter your competition season.
THE WORKSHOP CLASSES
Included for all dancers attending Aura Dance Connection, our workshop classes offer inspiring opportunities to grow, explore, and connect. These sessions bring the dance community together for focused training, creative expression, and meaningful connection- helping every dancer elevate their craft and passion. At the heart of these workshops is community. We believe in creating a space where dancers from different studios can come together, share energy, and learn side by side. It’s about growth- not just as performers, but as artists
and people.
